Who this is
Dubowsky Web Solutions is a sole trader based in Sydney, Australia, that designs and builds websites for trade businesses. Josh Dubowsky is the only person who handles your information.
What is collected
Only what you type into an enquiry form or a Facebook or Instagram lead form:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your business name and what you need, if you tell us
Nothing is bought from data brokers, and no information is taken from you without you entering it yourself.
What it is used for
To contact you about building a website for your business, and nothing else. That usually means a text message or a phone call. Your details are not sold, rented, traded, or added to any mailing list.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare, Inc. and GoHighLevel, both of which may hold data outside Australia. Messages are sent through ClickSend Pty Ltd. Facebook lead forms are handled by Meta Platforms under their own privacy policy before the details reach us.
How long it is kept
Until you ask for it to be deleted, or until it is clear you are not interested and there is no reason to keep it.
Stopping contact, or deleting your details
Reply STOP to any text message and you will not be contacted again. To see or delete what is held about you, email dubowskywebsolutions@gmail.com and it will be done.
